Shoot'Em 2010

1. Location

The "Shoot'Em" is an amateur photo contest on the theme of freestyle skiing and snowboarding. It takes place during a day on the ski resort of Villars - Gryon - Les Diablerets - Glacier 3000. Participation in "Shoot'Em" is done by a team or at most two skier (s) / snowboarders (s) / accompanied by a photographer.

2. Conditions for participation

2.1 Participation the "Shoot'Em" is done by a team or at most two skier (s) / snowboarders (s) / accompanied by a photographer.

2.2 The competition is open to all without any age limit.

2.3 Each photographer has his own photo equipment.

3. Registration

3.1 The registration is done via internet site http://www.isbc.ch.

3.2 The deadline for registration is March 12, 2010 at 16:00.

3.3 The registration fee is SFr 50 .- per team. This price includes participation in the contest, lunch and admission to the evening VSI.

4. Competition Procedure

9.00: ; Badge Collection at the bar "Warm Up" from the gondola of the Roc d'Orsay in Villars.

Each "team" has the day to take pictures on the following three themes:

- Backcountry: Photo taken on the station, wrinkle free style.

- Park Photo taken in 1884 Baghdad PARK, subject freestyle (jumps, rails and / or box).

- Lifestyle: photo atmosphere, free subject.

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. : Rendering images to "Warm Up", starting from the gondola Roc d'Orsay in Villars (see rendering photos).

8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.: Projected photos and results in "Bowling Lounge" Villars (see results)

10:00 p.m. to 2:00: PARTY & DJ SETS at Bowling Lounge

5. Rendering images

5.1 Only pictures taken during the day are accepted.

5.2 Each "team" selects one photo per category which will make the jury.

5.3 The photos must be rendered in digital format (via USB, CD, SD card, etc.), the minimum resolution images must be 300 dpi at a minimum of 10x15cm.

5.4 The adjustment of saturation and contrast are permitted. The fixtures are prohibited.

6. Results

6.1 A public viewing of all photos will be held in 20:00 at the "Bowling Lounge" in Villars, followed by a big night!

6.2 A jury note each photo. Total 3 pictures of the team reached the final grade.

6.3 The prize money will be distributed to top three teams, plus many other prizes for participants!
